Refunds
In the event that a student is attending a CEU live webinar, in-person, or online course and is unable to attend the full 4-6 hours that is needed by LLR and or is dismissed by the instructor or monitor will result in forfeit of credits earned and a non refundable and non transferable tuition. In the event of a positive Covid test ONLY IN A IN-PERSON CLASS, the student will have the opportunity to TRANSFER ONE TIME to another class of equal or lessor value with approval by Staff. The student must provide both positive and negative test results. If you have an issue with Payments made from a third party company kindly call their customer service number first to help resolve the issue at hand.
